Blueberry Thyme Jam

Our berry jams feature the addition of fresh herbs that gives a savory flavor to a sweet delicacy. We use the freshest berries, picked at the peak of ripeness from East Texas which is famous for its berry patches. The deep blue color of this jam is beautiful. It was up for “best of show” at one of our state regional fairs. The judges loved it and you will too. ~Picklin’ Parson
