Ginger Tomato Chutney

         Tomatoes are king in our part of East Texas.  Salsas, sauces, relishes, but nothing quite matches the tomato chutney complimented with ginger spice.  Some say it’s like a relish or a chow-chow.  Chow-chow is a country name for a type of relish usually with tomatoes—green or ripe—that compliments fresh peas or beans.  This is a favorite of the Stillwater Farm Market Store staff and they taste everything.
